You know what...now that I tihnk about it...nope. That's never happened lol. Usually, the only thing keeping your own advice from working for you is you saying to your self "yea but...". And that "yeah but" is gonna be the way out of anything that inolves effort.
However, it's far easier to look at the reason why it will work, than conjor up reasons why it wont.
"Here's why this WILL work!" > "why I think it won't". Takes less energy and you get better results when your time is spent walking toward what you should do instead of avoiding what you think you shouldn't.
