I stay healthy by doign regular stuff.
Here's my little schedule.
Monday: All Calistenics (as much as boring it is, it works just as good as weights)
Tuesday: Back and abs and Calf Raises
Wendesday: Weight lifting All chest workout, Flys Dumbells (I do More reps since i'm toning my body)
Thursday: Rest Just abs n' Calf raises
Friday: Biceps and triceps using dumbells,
Saturday: All about them legs. Leg press, Squats n' calf raises
Sunday: rest
w/e just an example.
