He says "you are high, you are king, you are god". I also hear the "you guard mee-ee" part you speak of, but he definitely says "you are high, you are king, you are god". Then "you are king, you are god, you guard mee-eee".
I'm taking it in GB to edit it and see if I can make it crisper, because even the original is still somewhat muffled.
