The book is about a whloe lot more than losing weight. Specifically, "natural cures" for things that ail the average person like ADD, herpes, a cold, constipation, high blood pressure, depression, the flu, heart burn, chronic tiredness, and shitloads more.
For example, did you know that the foods we eat are so low in nutritional content tht your body throws signsals to your mind that you're still hungry because it still needs more nutrients? This is why one can eat a whole meal and still be starving or hungry again shortly there after.
This book blows the lid off of a lot of stuff once thought not achievable by food. But not just any food, organic food. HUGE difference. I also learned that the garbage on the store shelves that SOUND healthy are actualy packed with things thta aren't even real food. I learned the REAL way to read food labels and what those long names and chemicals stand for, and it's appauling to say the least. I highly reccomend this to anyone who gives a damn about their health or are wondering why they are or get sick.
