i tried playing rugby like a year n half later when i was recovered but my knee is kinda un-stable still n even now it feels wierd as fuck moving cos its not natural if u get what i mean, i wanna start playin again but gonna have to stop smokin n build my lung capacity back up n get my muscles back into shape lol
