itd be fine for that...

preamps actually power the mic...and determine the volume that comes out of it...and it has a lot to do with clarity...

for me..i have a nice mic....shitty preamp...so i dont get anywhere near the clearness out of my mic as what i could....so ima have to upgrade soon...
