He didn't hit the girl... -_- And for future references, Crazy Hades, a lotta parents get pissed if you "touch" their daughter just because they are a girl and you are a guy. It has nothing to do with the girl knocking down a structure by another kid. You have to be careful when you touch someone's child. Parents will more than likely get pissed and not care about the full story.
