No, people shouldn't be having sex outside of wedlock anyway, adding ways to avoid pregnancy and other consequences will only make it worse. We see all the teenage mothers, and we say it's bad yet we provide ways to help them avoid the consequences of sex. Well, that seems like we are saying 'It's bad, but we will bail you out anyway'
