I believe I stated, "The world says TAKE TAKE TAKE." But, Jesus taught us to "Give Give Give." I will guarantee you one thing. Anyone you see who is prosperous, unless he's an oppressor, gives alot. Look at the wealthiest people on earth. Those are people who give alot. Within your means, you can do the same thing. The principle of the golden rule can also be tied into the principle of "reaping and sowing." It's really common sense when you think about it. If I'm constantly out for myself, people will see that and not want to help me in my time of need. If, on the other hand, I'm constantly lending and helping others, people will be more apt to help me in my time of need.
