That's an interesting point of view, but I don't know where you get "most" from seeing that not one person I knew in "the hood" wasn't born in a hospital that I knew of, so how did you come to this "most"?
Add to that, hospital or not, to go to school you'll need to get your shots. This chip is implanted subdermally (meaning beneath the skin), through an injection, just like your mandatory vaccinations.
