I'll explain it from the way I see it...

Marijuana: Depending on what kind of weed op you want to run, and on the hook up, you can make big money from this. For example: If you can get 4 ounces for a decent price, you can sell it just to people you know and keep it like that. You can keep your profit from every 4 ounces, or, if you want to get your business bigger, buy more than four ounces at a time.

An ounce around these parts is sold for $240. I know a hook up who sells 4 ounces for four hundred, so, you sell a ten chunk for $10, twenty bag (1.5g) $20, eight $40, quarter $80, half ounce $120, so on and so forth. You sell all four ounces, and bang, you have $960.

Adn never ever run weed for people...always make them come to your house or what not. Invite them in and smoke a joint or two with them. Chill out for a bit, and they will seem like a friend, not somebody who walztes in for 30 seconds to get a bag.

Bottom line is: Never start dealing weed without a proper hook up, and never run it to people.

I don't know much about cocaine, but I do know about crack.

Crack: Now the way it works around these parts is that it's like a job, and you have an employer. To make big cash off of dealing crack, you must do this, unless you are a ritch son of a bitch who can buy an ounce for around $3000, unless it's a good hook up. Let somebody else do the hook up...let somebody else take care of the big business for you, until you start making alot of cash.

Number one: While dealing crack under an employer, never ever hook people up. A piece around here is $50, so sell it to them for that and that only. An employer will have a certain amount that they want to make before you start making cash. The way it works here, we get fronted two ounces, we sell one and a half, give the cash to him, and then sell the other half for ourselves.

Now this is an important aspect of dealing crack: It is highly addictive. The people you will be dealing with are twigged out. They crave it so much that they will call every 2 minutes. Never ever tell them your real name...or let them know where you live. The only thing that they have to know is what you look like, and what kind of vehicle you drive. Never meet them in the same place, and always meet them somewhere that is not going to be obvious. Deal your shit on mainstreet in the middle of the day. After meeting, go into a store and look around a bit. It will look as if you just bumped into somebody that you knew on the street.

And that leads me to my next point: Never ever ever get the customer to come to your car window. Never do a deal in your car, ESPECIALLY with other people in it. This could be friends, family, anything. Keep your business and your personel life seperate as much as possible. The reason behind this is if you do get busted, and you have people in the car, they can say they didn't know what they were doing.

Anyway...I know more of this shit, but I'm sick of typing.

And looking through this thread, really shows how much you guys know.
