Hmm...I've never known a "racist" to flat out say, "Hey there nigger, I'm a racist." It's subtle. It's hidden. It's economical in nature at Bush's level of power. If you go down south (Alabama, Mississippi, Louisianna) you're likely to be called a nigger to your face. It's not like that in most places in the United States, though. Racism hasn't disappeared, it's just morphed into socio-economic slavery and oppression of minorities. Bush may or may not be racist. The funny thing is, Lincoln, though he "freed" the slaves, could have been a racist and was just trying to preserve the union. Does Bush care about the plight of black people? NO. Should he care? Bush should care about black people as much as black people care about black people.
