its not good to run ALL the time because of the friction between your joints, rubbing and clanking over and over again will get them fucked up in the long run and cause acheing etc., do weight training on your legs, stronger your legs the faster they run just make sure to do cardio (swimming or somethin) and eat right and you wont gain THAT much weight, even if you do, the muscle will be able to make you run faster anyway, and yea you gotta practice running but dont do it all the time, mix in weight training too so your joints arent being put under pressure all the time as much
