Well I post this on this other site and one person said Go 3 weeks without lifting weights.
But I do 100 pushups and situps a day.
I'm thinking of having my schedule like this
3 weeks of jogging/walking 2 hours(saturday and sunday, break day)
3 weeks of swimming 2 hours a day (saturday and sunday, break day)
