^^I think that's a good point. It's something I thought about when I first heard of this. But, I think their argument is this: People with STDs will always date, period. Anyone who is sexually active for any extended period of time will probably contract an STD at some point in their lives. A few of the STDs are curable (Crabs, Syphillis, Gonorrhea, Clamydia) while others aren't (HIV, Herpes, Warts, etc). Those with the incurable diseases often have to "confess" to their love interests that they have that disease, often with unwelcome results. This web site could cut the awkwardness of having to disclose that information to someone in the course of a relationship. If two people meet on that web site, they already know what you have and vice versa.
