the deficit....is the money we owe people


we make way more money in a year than we owe......

so they always pay some here pay some there....

plus it kinda doesnt matter cuz........


for exp.

even though we may owe japan 11 million dollars.....they owe us 28 million in borrowed aid money we bestowed upon them......

so if they wanna come around askin for their 11 million.......we get to ask for are aid back
