Let me spell it out a bit clearer..
When you think of an area (such as the south, east side, west side) you think of a specific overall average style that the area most commonly brings.
Ofcourse that area will be packed with people who dont fit the profile. But the main people getting exposure comming out of that area are the ones who put the steriotypes in place..
So whether I have local knowledge of your underground scenes or not is compleatly beside the point.. Because the cats that are on the radio from the south, are mainly headbanging crunk bullshit.. DEFINATLY not any underground heavy lyricism get ups..

now, the mainstream artists from EVERY region are overall shitty, 50 isnt from the South, Ja isnt from the South, so i dont see what your point is... if your point is that Southern mainstream artists have hotter beats than the North or the West and a more upbeat style, okay... that isnt a bad thing
