ur voice at the beginning...and ur flow on the hook...I think u and Team One might sound good on a track together...how old are you? like 17?
Flow is pretty decent...a tad mundane, but effective

What's not:

Beat is loud as hell...ugh
Your vocals are muffled...work on that mixing and EQ'ing bro
The "suck my dick" line was completely uncreative...But, then again, how creative can you tell someone to suck you dick?

Overall: I love the sound of this track, mostly because of the beat. Your voice and flow have a magnetic quality to them. Keep droppin bro...Elevate that flow some too and work on the EQ levels
