they stoped excepting cubans for that reason years ago.......you cant just say my country's poor....or you dont like it....and git into america.....
i think the U.S. ...should go into major spanish neighborhoods....and set up registrey stands for visa's....they can do that....like they did after world war 2 for the jews......
but we have to protect our borders way better man for real.....its getting ridiculious....
