Nah see...that's where you got me wrong...Duke won't budge, PUBLIC OPINION will. Remember when Oprah said something supposedly negative about beef when mad cow was at its apex (no pun) and sales of beef plummeted? Then, those good ole boys sued her and lost! Well, she has this ability to sway public opinion on things. I'm saying that if the investigation becomes stagnant, all she has to do is make the statement, "Duke University is wrong" and people will listen. Don't underestimate the power of Oprah.
