ok ... let me play psychologist/psychiatrist for you knuckleheads... it is withdrawal.. because when you put that much effort and emotion into a project you get an adrenalin rush ... when the project is finished the amp or rush from the adrenalin ..subsides...which leaves you in a mild state of depression...other neuro chemicals that are involved are seratonin and dopamine ..which are all triggers for pleasure sensors in the brain... and like after every high ...whether its drug induced or experienced by other means after every peak or crest .. there is a trough...
