THink about it. Eating is something you do until you're satisfied. Once you notice yourself getting full, you STOP. You don't continue eating until you vomit. Drinking is the same way. You drink to relax yourself and feel "nice". But, there's a limit for everybody. Once you feel yourself getting there, STOP.

unfortunately in college, that line sometimes becomes a blur when alcohol is a factor.
