Basically, America's supposed to allow other countries to do whatever they want to us because they're small and we're stronger. It's like when a little kid comes up to you and starts kicking you in the leg. I guess we're supposed to say "oh that little rascal and his potentially deadly weapons, quick playing". Or somethin' like that =/
