Well, people are taught that they are superior to gay people. No baby is born thinking, "ewww, gay people are sick." They are conditioned by someone--society or otherwise--to think that way. I can't fault someone for "beliefs". But, how many "beliefs" are based on ignorance. Remember, there are a lot of white folk who "believe" blacks are inferior to them. THey also "believe" that blacks are dirty and are good for nothing. So, in short, people think certain ways because they are ignorant alot of the times and don't know any better. They are lashing out against something they don't understand.
