Popular = the OPINONS of the people voting. For example, a popular vote could have say.. "6% Undecided", where as the electoral vote could not possibly have a vote for "Undecided" since that's not a candidate.

No president EVER won the electoral vote and lost the popular vote except Bush.

Bro, the Popular vote is the actual number of VOTES, not opinions, cast by the people during the election. It is possible for someone to win the popular vote, but still lose the electoral college because key states with MORE electoral votes went to the other candidate.

The 51% represents the popular vote bro. You're mistaken on this one. If you don't believe me, we can take this to a college professor or Poli-Sci major to settle it. But, I do believe I'm correct on this one.
