why dont u just agree on all 5? u can make a list of ppl u'd allow to vote,n let him pick the ones out of those that he agrees to too.......if u still dont have 5 add to the list until u have enough......like pickin jurors lol

n i dont think it should be first to 3 votes...it should be like other battles...first to 5
