"It can bring in more hits too, because they have to go to your SC to hear your music, where as if they DL it they don't have to go to your SC."

That's my reasoning, I don't really care on soundclick, but on myspace I find removing the d/l option makes a song get plays a lot faster. However, if it's a single that I want everyone to hear and spread etc., I put the d/l option on.
