Use hand signs, not that hard. and you can read lips, you adapt to reading ppl lips real good.

wow, reading peoples lips is only effective if you had all your senses at one point in your life and all of sudden gradualy went deaf

and not everyone knows sign language.....yes it is an actual language that is learned..just like spanish and french...but with hand motions....
