Although I havent maxed for years... Its damned near worthless in a good workout regime.

I do sets of 6 with 365 on my mass building weeks.

I'm not going into my other lifts, but trust me, I'd be outworking pretty well everyone on here.

I'm more into lighter weight circuit training. Once a week I do an hour circuit. Its killer.
