Ok...enough with the idealism...Now, let's come back down to earth. Bro, in America, up to 40 years ago, blacks couldn't even VOTE in some areas of the country without fear of being lynched and strung up a tree. So, all this "we are the world" crap is moot. The facts are these:

1. White own most shit
2. Blacks/minorities created most of the music whites now "own"
3. Whites, in America, have often used their position of power to enslave and/or beat the black man down
4. Black people can, and will, own more shit in the future. But, that's going to take time.


Remember, less than 100 years ago, blacks were still being hung from trees. We're making progress.

That's why I admire black entrepreneurs like Oprah and Bob Johnson.
