Apexx was one of the better mods ever in that forum. What the fuck are you talking about? When people bitched he always was able to explain why he did what he did, and where they broke the rules.

If you really think enforcing rules makes a bad mod I hope to God you'll never be one (which I don't think will happen because 90% of this site acknowledges you as the biggest dumbass here).
