^ Yes, I know. I've heard enough idiots rapping with a text style and flow to a beat and they sound gay as fuck.

But, on the other hand... I have also seen enough audio heads try and drop a text verse and its come out as some long-winded piece of ass that looks more like they are trying to write a fucking essay.

There is a lot more complexity and work involved in making an audio verse. But when you get down to the basics of just writing ure verse... it is just as hard to write a text verse as it is to write an audio verse. In fact, I would go as far as to say it is harder to write a text verse. All an audio verse has to do is flow with the beat and have some decent lyrics. With text you have to keep a structure, make sure you don't over stretch your bars... you have to think of ure wording, where and how you are going to incorporate wordplay... and more shit like that.

The hard part to audio comes if you make your own beats, and getting your voice to sound right so it don't sound like you are trying to swallow the fucking mic. And makig sure ure voice doesn't overpower the beat so you can hardly hear it, and vice versa....etc .etc .etc.
