they're loud because the environment they're in is always loud. I dunno about you, but I NEVER heard noise pollution like in the ghetto. if it ain't a car alarm, it's a siren, if it ain't a siren, it's somebody's music, if it ain't somebody's music, it's somebody arguin outside, and so on and so fourth. moving down to where I'm at took me MAD nights to get used to because I was just so used to all that noise.

thank goodness not all black women have to endure that.
