cheap? a sock. panty hose and a wire hanger would be your best cheap alternative, but in a case like yours, I'd say start with the trusty sock. you'll lose some clarity (sounds more muffled) but you'll reduce a huge load of that pop action you got there, called Plosives - P's, B's, etc.
you'll come out ahead in the deal. just remember that it's a temporary bandaid, not a fix.
oh yeah, and learn to EQ, that'll work WONDERS on your vocals. Ideally I would have liked to tell you "move back a few inches from the mic" (to automacially reduce your plosives) but you're going to need to EQ some levels to offset the distance. there's a link in my sig. click it.
