Say a man marries a woman and by a freak accident, he dies. Legally, she is entitled to his estate. Which means she can continue her way of life after her husband is dead.

Personally this has no effect on myself.. And I find it hilarious that the only queer on this site is actually ignorant enough to take up the stance of being against the notion of his 'kind' being able to legalise their relationship. But then, I get the feeling the q doesent have very much relationship experience in the first place.. Yet another error in his judgement due to naievity....... How origional...........
