Cons:

The text, bg, placement, blending, all of it. You really need to learn more advanced techniques. Right now all you do is brush some backround, add a PSD, and put some wack text on there. A great idea is to take a backround, place some text, and just mess with the text and see how each effect affects the text and what combos work and what don't. This has no skill at all, it just shows you can click a mouse basically.

That site and those videos will help you tremendously if you will watch each episode and use their techniques and experiment with their basic ideas.
