I actually think that is 9th's room, not some random girls. See, his alter-ego is named Rachel...he sometimes dresses up in his mother's dresses and puts on little girl pointy shoes five sizes too small for him and drowns his tears in alcohol. And that couch matches the sickly color of his face rash.
