But, if you wanna gain muscle weight, you have to eat an enourmous amount of protein and calories to get any substantial gain. Otherwise, you'll probably gain just 5-10 lbs of muscle over the course of several months.

If you want to healthily increase your caloric intake to put on weight, I recommend:

1. whole grain pastas
2. brown rices
3. lean protein, LOTS of it
