There's no such thing as a "surprise nuke attack" to ANY country. Ever heard of ICBM's?

Firepower aside, the logistics of what it would take to "take over the world" (the "world" meaning "the world economies" since nothing else matters to government but money) are way out of any one country's reach by physical force.

They'd have to empower tyrants, villainize them, then dethrone the ruling powers in the places that control the big money.

sorta like what they're already trying to do in the middle east. just not as wack. they're too drunk on their own power now to be responsible. Don't mistake that for being all conquoring.
