I know it. My dad is an attorney and he has greatly considered talking to the defense attorneys on that case and join up with them. However, he's going to trial August 4 and he doesn't have the time or money to pick up another case right now. He's already said that if he could, he would gladly raise hell for those troops. Oh, and just for the hell of explaining what "raise hell" means, my dad has been an attorney for over 20 years and he's never lost a case where he's defending that's gone to trial. He's settled cases, but in trial he has yet to be defeated. He runs his own law firm and I'd post up the name but my last name is included and I'm not into spreading that shit onto the internet.
So BLAT BLAT. I'm not one of the "most Americans." However, I can already tell that we have opposing viewpoints on the situation. Luckily, it doesn't really matter to me.
