uhh..do you man 16bit to 32 bit?

if so, what ever program you're using will let you split the mono to stereo, but before you do that set the sample rate from 16 bit, to 32 bit. a 16bit recording in 32bit still sounds exactly like 16bit and there's still only 16bits worth of sound data.
