I don't see why I should sit here and respect some shit like 50 cent or Dem Franchise Boyz just as much as I respect Jay-Z or Nas or Immortal Technique. If someone spits some whack superficial shit, it not only affects hip hop, it gives the impression to channel flippers who stop on BET or MTV that THIS is what hip hop is all about and I'm looked at like all I want to do is ride rims or be a P.I.M.P. It becomes something more than music and becomes a stereotype. So basically, if someone who doesn't have any skill or very little of it is making money whoring a culture I love and at the same time making my life and people like me lives harder because they create a stereotype, there is no way in hell I'm going to just give them their props, fuck that.
