I don't think that's fair though. Every male isn't stronger than every female. And if our "superior strength" means we won't be taken as seriously, why can't it work against women? To be honest I do take women's rape more seriously, but thats my personal bias because I see women in a softer more fragile light. But I don't think something as unbias as the law or trauma shouldn't include any of that.
