Actually, if the "perfect" genes are recessive it means if two perfect parents mate they will produce a perfect child.

Phenotype: perfect
Genotype: pp
Gametes: pp, pp
Cross: ppxpp

After the cross, there would only be recessive genes. But perfectness isnt recessive, so it wouldnt work this way.
