i definitely feel you there, but we're tlakin 'born and raised' type. I know what it's liek to move form the hood to the burbs, I live next to one of the most racist towns in my state, where the confederate flag used to wave proudly. I drive a car that costs more than the average cops salary - all these rednecks think I'm a drug dealer.
believe me man, i can tell you stories.
but yeah, in general, the hood is still harder than the burbs by far, and I got my share of emotional and physical scars from the both of em.
