Look, forget I even mentioned underground music. That's not what im talking about, I barely even listen to it. I dont know why you keep bringing it up, because it has nothing to do with what I am trying to say.

Why would I make a mainstream song at the moment? If I wanted to, I could easily write the song. If I had a deal, I could easily record the song and make some shit video. Then my record company would buy my song onto TV and the radio, and make sure it gets played a lot. Do you really think my song wouldnt be popular? Of course it would. It would be a smash hit. There would be those that hate it, but the majority would love it. I am in no way saying im skilled and I made a good song, so they would like it. I am saying that my song is similar to other songs that are popular, and has been pushed by the company into being played and whatever is played, people love.

What I am saying is mainstream music, musically fails as music. It sucks. It is not melodic, it is often out of the time its supposed to be in, it is repetetive, and simplistic. The FACT is that it IS NOT GOOD MUSIC. The beats are NOT good, the lyrics are NOT good, the melodies are NOT good.
