i just didn't know if it was true...pharrell been slipping up on tv saying he working on tha new jay-z project...
then be like, im under oath, i cant talk about it...but, this shit might be tha hottest thing since reasonable doubt...oh, and most likely he will drop it in 06...10 years later from wen he stepped in tha game.
