Is that there are murders happening in a poor area all the time, then the minute a murder happens in a rich area, the government acts on it.

This has absolutly nothing to do with the fact that poor people are a fucking slug to the government that has to operate on a loss in that sector because a lot of these 'poor' people just leech off their government and are a direct source to a large amount of crime on all levels..
