Depending on a few things:

but basically, you send me through how ever many you want distributed here, and what ever work is done here and that i can prove what i have done to reach the industry with your music you will agree to do the same for me over there.

There will be a written contract though, nothing to proffesional, just saying I have agree'd to distribute your album and you agree to distribute the same number of albums in your area.
Also, royaltys will be added into this "contract/agrement", stating that all royaltys will go to you, and vice versa with my album (unless there are no sales to be made and you just want promotional use) which is most likley the better way to go when tryna reach out to another country/industry.

So yeh, its basically depends on what your looking for, sales or promotion.
If its sales, I should be able to move a few, but if im on one of your tracks alot more would move , droping a collab on it just for the NZ distributed albums would add local flavour and more interest.
