Just got word that Ras Kass is on the running from the LAPD. Ras Kass, was recently charged with his third DUI and was sentenced to serve a mandatory nine months. Instead of turning himself in, the rapper has fled sunny California for New York City. Hope he packed a bubblegoose 'cause it's cold out here!
